What to expect from your Limited Partnership

When you purchase a passive Limited Partnership, there are a number of things for you to expect:

• Have your unit up and going within 30 days if it is a canopy operation and within 90 days if it is a trailer operation.

• Receive weekly updates on the operations including: events, locations, sales numbers, content, etc.

• Receive monthly payments of 10% of the gross sales from your unit.

• Get free Shake-Ups at any Red Trailer unit with your Red LP Owner Card.

What happens after the unit fee is paid?

We place an order for a customized and branded concession trailer + order all equipment for the unit.

We apply for health permit and merchants license if necessary.

We find a high potential vending location and scouted potential events in the market.

We get the brand new trailer equipped and prepped and brought to the new location and bring in an experienced Operators and Managers.

Daily vending begins and operates Monday-Saturday (only operate on Sundays for events).

Invest anywhere from $500 to $5,000

Debenture Program

With our debenture program, you can invest less and receive a fixed 8% return annually, as well as a proportional 2% dividend on all the gross sales from our operations.

• Receive 8% on your initial investment every year for 5 years.

• Receive a proportion of 2% of gross sales from our operations every quarter for 10 years.

• Receive your initial investment back in full no more than 5 years from investing.
